El Ministerio de Salud de la Nación informó este lunes que en todo el país fueron reportados durante las últimas 24 horas un total de 22.195 nuevos contagios de coronavirus y 733 muertes, la segunda cifra más alta de decesos desde marzo del año pasado.
Desde el inicio de la pandemia de Covid-19 se llevan registrados 3.977.634 contagios y 81.946 decesos.
En tanto, 3.560.148 pacientes lograron recuperarse, mientras que otros 335.540 aún se encuentren cursando la enfermedad.
En cuanto a la ocupación de camas en las Unidades de Terapia Intensiva (UTI) de todo el país, son al día de hoy 7.827 los pacientes internados, lo que representa un porcentaje del 78,1 a nivel nacional y un 74,0 en el AMBA.
Tanto la Provincia como la Ciudad de Buenos Aires continúan mostrando una tendencia a la baja en sus números, con 7.621 para la primera en las últimas 24 horas (acumula 1.677.536) y 1.595 para la Capital Federal (431.294).
Catamarca reportó 437 nuevos casos (totaliza 26.710); Chaco, 506 (63.332); Chubut, 245 (65.512); Corrientes, 310 (54.947); Córdoba, 2.957 (341.418); Entre Ríos, 670 (92.379); Formosa, 474 (35.736); Jujuy, 289 (30.021); La Pampa,418 (45.591); La Rioja, 141 (18.620); Mendoza, 658 (125.801); Misiones, 194 (21.675); Neuquén, 532 (94.623); Río Negro, 389 (77.125); Salta, 348 (49.477); San Juan, 471 (40.096); San Luis, 572 (56.691); Santa Cruz, 119 (52.827); Santa Fe, 1.763 (363.550); Santiago del Estero, 460 (47.727); Tierra del Fuego, 25 (28.844); y Tucumán,1.001 (136.102).
Del total de muertes, 431 son hombres (185 de la provincia de Buenos Aires, 36 de la ciudad de Buenos Aires, 11 de Chaco, 4 de Chubut, 9 de Corrientes, 30 de Córdoba, 9 de Entre Ríos, 6 de Formosa, 4 de La Pampa, 10 de La Rioja, 18 de Mendoza, 3 de Misiones, 11 de Neuquén, 6 de Río Negro, 7 de Salta, 11 de San Juan, 11 de San Luis, 2 de Santa Cruz, 34 de Santa Fe, 7 de Santiago del Estero, 1 de Tierra del Fuego y 16 de Tucumán).
Mujeres son 309 (136 de la provincia de Buenos Aires, 34 de la ciudad de Buenos Aires, 5 de Chaco, 1 de Chubut, 4 de Corrientes, 24 de Córdoba, 7 de Entre Ríos, 2 de Formosa, 13 de La Rioja, 9 de Mendoza, 1 de Misiones, 6 de Neuquén, 3 de Río Negro, 1 de Salta, 8 de San Juan, 5 de San Luis, 1 de Santa Cruz, 15 de Santa Fe, 5 de Santiago del Estero y 15 de Tucumán).
Cinco personas fallecidas (una de la provincia de Buenos Aires, dos de CABA, una de Formosa y una de Tucumán) fueron registradas sin datos de sexo.
En las últimas 24 horas, según el reporte oficial del Ministerio, fue baja la cantidad de testeos en relación a otras jornadas: 76.547. El total desde el inicio de la pandemia es de 14.639.773.
