El ministro de la Suprema Corte de Justicia bonaerense, Eduardo Pettigiani, le presentó ayer su renuncia al gobernador de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof. La salida del magistrado se efectuará el próximo martes 31 de agosto.
La renuncia de Pettigiani quedó sellada tras una reunión, en la Casa de Gobierno bonaerense, junto a Kicillof y el ministro de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Julio Alak. En un breve encuentro, los funcionarios le agradecieron al ministro saliente por sus años de servicio.
Pettigani es abogado graduado en la Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires, se desempeñó como Juez de la Suprema Corte desde 1996, fue Juez Federal de Mar del Plata y actuó como Convencional Nacional Constituyente en la reforma constitucional de 1994.
