Cabe preguntarse si la misma prerrogativa tendrán los reemplazantes del vicepresidente, Ing. Manuel Regidor y el Director Oscar Gogni, quienes según fuentes allegadas al Ejecutivo serían suplidos respectivamente por Carlos Abruzza, hermano del ex diputado provincial de la Coalición Cívica, y por el Secretario General de SITOS, Daniel Díaz.
A casi dos meses de la asunción de las nuevas autoridades municipales, solo 29 de 72 funcionarios, que figuran en dicho link – incluyendo al fugaz Secretario de Seguridad, Julio Razona y al propio Intendente Carlos Arroyo – , cumplieron con la ordenanza 13.914, que los obliga a declarar la totalidad de su patrimonio.
Salvo los titulares de las carteras de Economía y Hacienda, José Cano, de Gobierno, Alejandro Vicente, de Salud, Gustavo Blanco y de Desarrollo Productivo, Héctor “Toty” Flores, el resto de los integrantes del gabinete y los presidentes de los entes descentralizados aún están en mora.
Paradójicamente, el hombre del “impermeable azul” tampoco ha cumplido con la normativa. Por cierto que desde su asunción la seguidilla de conflictos derivados de la gestión del ex jefe comunal Gustavo Pulti, apenas le ha dado un breve respiro.

Sería muy buena noticia que se confirme la designación de Carlos Abruza, Director de Obras Sanitarias SE, por su conocimiento sobre el funcionamiento y el personal que la integra.-
No es novedad en la ciudad de Mar del Plata las negociones y mal versacion de fondos de Del Olio, lo que si llama la atencion que siga en gestion cuando deberia ser investigado y èl mismo poner a disposicion de la justicia y solicitar una auditoria en OSSE.
Felicitaciones por los comentarios muy acertados, la verdad ojalà se haga realidad el nombramiento del Ing Abruza por el bien de todos y por lo que dice el Sr Montangero,eso seria posible con una persona q tenga dignidad, que permita una auditoria, si es una persona seria y no tiene nada q ocultar pero en este caso……….mmmmmmmm
