Fue el propio motociclista quien informó a la Policía sobre cómo se dieron los hechos y el doble impacto, a la vez que se adjudicó la responsabilidad.
Por el accidente, la víctima sufrió politraumatismos y heridas de diversa consideración, motivo por el cual una ambulancia del SAME lo trasladó hasta el Hospital Interzonal General de Agudos.
