Lo expresó en la primera reunión de la Mesa Coordinadora del Consejo Económico, Social y Productivo, en el Concejo Deliberante. El objetivo es propiciar el diálogo para incentivar la producción, el empleo y la economía. “Este no es un espacio de gobierno, ni es un espacio político: es un espacio de los marplatenses”, aseguró el Intendente.
Se realizó hoy la primera reunión de la Mesa Coordinadora del Consejo Económico, Social y Productivo (CESyP), en el recinto del Honorable Concejo Deliberante. Se trata de un espacio participativo del Poder Legislativo y el Ejecutivo, que busca abordar políticas públicas para incentivar la reactivación productiva y económica del Partido.
“Este no es un espacio de gobierno, ni es un espacio político: es un espacio de los marplatenses”, manifestó el intendente Guillermo Montenegro – quien preside el CESyP – y agregó: “todos coincidimos en que queremos una ciudad moderna y segura, un estado transparente, eficaz y cercano al vecino”.
El jefe comunal, en relación con el espacio de la Mesa Coordinadora, expresó que lo importante es el “consenso en las tomas de decisiones. Este es un ámbito de consenso, de diálogo y estoy convencido que este es el camino porque todos sabemos cuáles son las falencias que hay en Mar del Plata”. A su vez, subrayó que “el resultado final, no lo vamos a ver al corto plazo. Estamos pensando a futuro”.
En la misma línea, instó al diálogo: “es importante que sigamos trabajando juntos y buscar las mejores soluciones”. También sumó: “en un espacio como este tenemos que trabajar contra la desigualdad, generar políticas contra el desempleo y sin descalificar al otro”.
La reunión plenaria se desarrolló con la presencia del Secretario de Desarrollo Productivo e Innovación, Fernando Muro y distintos funcionarios y concejales de la ciudad.
El titular de la Secretaría, en este marco, explicó que “el CESyP se constituye en un ámbito institucional de articulación para la elaboración de diagnósticos, formulación de proyectos y planificación de políticas públicas a mediano y largo plazo. Participan distintas organizaciones empresariales y representantes del sector público, sector privado y del Tercer Sector de Gral. Pueyrredon”.
La Mesa Coordinadora Ejecutiva -como órgano de ejecución de las decisiones que adopta el plenario- se reunirá una vez al mes, con plenarios cada 3 meses, y está compuesta por ocho Secretarías.
