La candidata a presidir el Partido Socialista, Mónica Fein, recorrió Mar del Plata junto al marplatense Jorge Ariel Illa, candidato a secretario general por la provincia de Buenos Aires.
Fein es la candidata a presidir el Partido Socialista por la lista Socialismo en Movimiento. Su paso por la ciudad se dio en el marco de un itinerario que incluye visitas por todo el país para dialogar con afiliados.
En General Pueyrredon, el encuentro concluyó con un acto realizado en el Club Huracán y contó con la presencia del rector de la Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata Alfredo Lazzeretti, el actual secretario general del PS Mar del Plata Pablo Zelaya Blanco, el ex diputado Carlos Nivio, los ex concejales Daniel Medina y Juan Anastasía, afiliados locales y candidatos por la Quinta Sección Electoral.
“Junto a Jorge Illa estamos recorriendo la provincia de Buenos Aires para fortalecer una idea de socialismo fuerte, autónomo y amplio, que construya consensos para crecer como una propuesta política capaz de revertir las desigualdades del país”, sostuvo Fein.
A lo que agregó: “venimos a presentarnos como una alternativa que genere políticas de Estado para salir de esta profunda crisis sanitaria, social, económica y política. Cargamos con la vocación de diálogo para construir una propuesta que rompa la polarización que nos daña como sociedad mientras se esquivan las discusiones de los problemas reales de la gente. Desde el socialismo tenemos la convicción de que se puede y debe gobernar pensando en la gente”.
En relación al ámbito provincial, Illa expresó: “tenemos el desafío de construir un Estado provincial moderno, eficiente, cercano. Ello es hoy una deuda con los bonaerenses. Un Estado que aborde sin dilaciones el problema estructural de la pobreza, que garantice medidas de empleo y desarrollo económico, que escuche a la gente y convoque a la mesa a dialogar a todos los sectores de la sociedad”.
Fein también mantuvo un encuentro con las mujeres socialistas donde abordaron el debate sobre la Ley Nacional de Emergencia en Violencia, y el lugar de las mujeres en los partidos políticos, entre otros temas.
“De las tres corrientes políticas nacionales, el radicalismo, el socialismo y el justicialismo, esta es la primera vez que una mujer puede dirigir un partido de estas características. Esto habla de los tiempos que corren y del rol de las mujeres. Las mujeres están siendo protagonistas de un nuevo tiempo en el mundo y en el país y le va a hacer bien a la política el mayor involucramiento en liderar que nosotras estamos asumiendo”, concluyó la candidata.
