El sector gastronómico y hotelero se empezó a acercar al Gobierno nacional tras meses de disputas que terminaron en la Justicia por el cierre de bares, restaurantes y hoteles dispuesto por Alberto Fernández por la pandemia.
El acercamiento se dio luego de una reunión de los principales responsables de las cámaras de turismo, hotelería y gastronomía con la vicejefa de Gabinete, Cecilia Todesca; el ministro de Turismo, Matías Lammens, y la presidenta del Consejo Nacional de Coordinación de Políticas Sociales, Victoria Tolosa Paz.
Los representantes del sector empresario se vieron sorprendidos por la recepción de los funcionarios. A las dos mujeres era la primera vez que las veían. “Por primera vez sentíamos que nos escuchaban y se comprometían a dar respuestas reales”, dijeron en el sector y explicaron que “fue una reunión expeditiva y salimos con buenas sensaciones, aunque también estábamos desconfiados sobre iban a dar alguna ayuda o no”
Los empresarios se presentaron a la reunión con cuatro pedidos concretos: no abonar aportes patronales; un aumento y mejores condiciones para acceder al Repro, el mecanismo de asistencia que el gobierno utilizó para reemplazar al ATP; líneas de créditos del Banco Nación a tasa 0 y con 12 meses de gracia como las de 2020 y por último la suspensión del pago de los servicios públicos.
De los cuatro pedidos, los funcionarios se comprometieron a trabajar en los tres primeros y a los pocos días dieron novedades positivas. Se difirieron el pago de aportes patronales, cargas sociales e IVA, se mejoró el Repro tanto en montos como en accesibilidad y el BNA emitió créditos para ayudar a los empresarios.
El tema de los servicios públicos los funcionarios se excusaron y dijeron que era muy complejo conseguir algo así teniendo en cuenta todos los actores involucrados. Justo el Gobierno estaba tratando se superar la interna que se generó entre Martín Guzmán y el kirchnerismo por el ajuste de la tarifa eléctrica.
El sector gastronómico y hotelero se había abroquelado detrás de Horacio Rodríguez Larreta luego de que la Ciudad se plantara varias veces contra los cierres nocturnos que proponía la Nación. Dante Camaño, del gremio de Luis Barrionuevo, incluso llegó a tildar al presidente de “descerebrado”.
Sin embargo, ahora se quejan de que el gobierno porteño no otorgó ayuda en concepto de ATP provincial o algún mecanismo sobre los salarios de los trabajadores y además se siguieron cobrando todos los impuestos aún sobre locales cerrados o sectores que no podían trabajar como el turístico.
“La Ciudad se la da de aperturista pero la verdad que a la hora de los hechos también nos tuvo gran parte de la pandemia sin poder trabajar y el acompañamiento económico fue prácticamente nulo”, se quejaron en el sector, en donde aseguran que lo único que hizo el gobierno porteño fue eximirlos tres meses de 2020 y tres de 2021 de Ingresos Brutos.
Una contradicción que marcan los gastronómicos tiene que ver con que les insistieron hacer inversiones para el invierno en los espacios al aire libre y ahora tampoco los pueden usar. “Nos pidieron inversiones como en Noruega y ahora nos cierran”, reclamaron.
