La Mesa bonaerense de Juntos por el Cambio (JxC) mantuvo ayer una reunión “técnica” con el objetivo de coordinar la inscripción de la alianza opositora en el distrito rumbo a las PASO, cuyo plazo vence este miércoles según el cronograma electoral, pero el encuentro tuvo su eje en la discusión por “el piso que tendrían que alcanzar las listas para ser competitivas”.
El cónclave desarrollado esta tarde en el partido bonaerense de Vicente López, tuvo lugar en el marco de la fuerte disputa interna que existe en el espacio por los lugares en las listas en representación del estratégico distrito bonaerense.
Fuentes de JxC señalaron a Télam que, si bien el piso que se establecerá para las listas se terminará de definir este miércoles, casi sobre el plazo para la inscripción de alianzas electorales, “la discusión está en torno al 25%”.
La definición llegaría hoy porque uno de los puntos que se discutieron es la posibilidad de poner dos porcentajes de pisos diferentes, uno para el tramo de las candidaturas nacionales y otro para las provinciales y distritales.
Teniendo en cuenta que en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires JxC estableció un piso del 15 %, llamó la atención que en Provincia evaluaran poner uno diez puntos porcentuales más alto, pero la respuesta ante esta pregunta fue contundente: “en la Ciudad la elección no se vislumbra pareja, en cambio en la Provincia la elección está muy cabeza a cabeza “, detallaron fuentes consultadas por Télam.
Ante esa posibilidad de doble estándar podrían definir un piso como el de la CABA para el primer tramo de la boleta, en el que se definen los cargos nacionales, y sostener el del 25 % para los provinciales y distritales, siguiendo el pedido de algunos de los dirigentes de las distintas secciones, “justamente para que se garanticen las listas oficiales y no aparezcan listas por los costados que se arman para romper los pisos y modificar los concejos deliberantes”, indicaron las fuentes.
La discusión que aún mantenían en este sentido es la llave que podría abrirle o cerrarle las puertas a José Luis Espert, quien mantiene aún una negociación para sumarse al espacio integrado por la UCR, el PRO, la Coalición Cívica y el Peronismo Republicano, aunque sería difícil que se concrete, si a nivel nacional se impone un piso del 15 %.
Las distintas fuentes consultadas coincidieron en señalar que la reunión fue “netamente técnica” y que no hubo discusiones sobre las listas, en medio de la incertidumbre ante los múltiples candidatos y los fracasos en las negociaciones para generar una lista de unidad en el distrito.
A pesar de las conversaciones que Jorge Macri, titular del PRO bonaerense, mantuvo con el jefe del Gobierno porteño, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, para arribar a un consenso, el intendente de Vicente López parece decidido a dar la pelea en las PASO en competencia con Diego Santilli y el radical Facundo Manes.
Del encuentro participaron además de Jorge Macri, el intendente de Lanús, Néstor Grindetti; el titular de la UCR bonaerense, Maximiliano Abad; y Érica Revilla, intendenta de General Arenales y vice de la UCR provincial.
También estuvieron el senador provincial Andrés de Leo, la titular de la Coalición Cívica bonaerense, Maricel Etchecoin; el exintendente Joaquín de la Torre y Manuel Passaglia, jefe comunal de San Nicolás.
En el encuentro se evaluó en detalle la documentación que deberán presentar este miércoles ante la justicia electoral, pero no avanzaron en posibles soluciones a la interna partidaria, que a diez días del cierre de la presentación de candidatos aún no logra resolverse.
Este lunes al mediodía hubo otro encuentro entre el jefe de Gobierno porteño, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, y el intendente de Vicente López y titular del PRO bonaerense, Jorge Macri, para intentar consensuar una lista de unidad, pero sin resultados.
Del lado de Larreta, no están dispuestos a otro esquema que no sea Santilli al frente de la boleta, mientras que Jorge Macri también sostiene su precandidatura para las PASO.
Desde este último sector afirman que el desembarco de Santilli en la provincia rompió el acuerdo que había de postular en el distrito a dirigentes bonaerenses, y generó que distintos referentes, como Emilio Monzó o Joaquín de la Torre, rechacen de plano la postulación del “Colorado” e incluso se pasen a las filas del neurocientífico y político radical Facundo Manes.
Desde el radicalismo, muestran encuestas que lo colocan a Manes con un alto nivel de aceptación y proponen una lista de unidad, pero con el neurocientífico a la cabeza.
Monzó está muy cerca de cerrar un acuerdo con la UCR bonaerense para sumarse a la lista que encabezará Manes, lo que polarizaría la interna de JxC entre las listas del PRO (liderada por Santilli) y el radicalismo más varios socios, encolumnados detrás del científico.
Si finalmente Monzó acuerda su sociedad con el radicalismo -algo que parece inminente por estas horas- sólo quedará el intendente de Vicente López, Jorge Macri, como tercero en discordia.
Así se van ordenando las listas en torno a las figuras de Santilli (impuesto por Rodríguez Larreta a pesar de las quejas de varios intendentes del conurbano, que terminaron cediendo) y de Manes (que ya sumó al peronista Joaquín de la Torre y la fundadora del GEN, Margarita Stolbizer a su equipo).
