Más de 1.800 bonaerenses mayores de 18 años que ya recibieron la primera dosis de vacuna contra el coronavirus, se anotaron como voluntarios para el estudio de combinación de inmunizantes que realizará el gobierno provincial y cuya convocatoria aún sigue abierta para quienes tengan aplicada una dosis de Sinopharm, informó el Ministerio de Salud bonaerense.

“La semana que viene se realizarán las extracciones de muestra basal para medir la inmunidad con que ingresa esta persona al estudio, previo a la aplicación de la segunda dosis”, señalaron desde la cartera sanitaria.
Finalmente, se aplicarán las segundas dosis en las postas de vacunación asignadas.
Las combinaciones de vacunas de diferentes laboratorios que se evaluarán son las siguientes:
Dosis 1 Sputnik V primer componente, Dosis 2 Sinopharm;
Dosis 1 Oxford/AstraZeneca-Covishield, Dosis 2 Oxford/AstraZeneca;
Dosis 1 Oxford/AstraZeneca-Covishield, Dosis 2 Sinopharm en 150 personas;
Dosis Sputnik V primer componente, Dosis 2 Oxford/AstraZeneca-Covishield;
Dosis Sinopharm, Dosis 2 Sinopharm en 150 personas;
Dosis 1 Sinopharm, Dosis 2 Sputnik-V primer componente en 150 personas;
Dosis 1 Sinopharm, Dosis 2 Oxford/AstraZeneca-Covishield en 150 personas.
Luego de realizada la combinación se le efectuará a cada voluntario una extracción de sangre para medir los anticuerpos y su capacidad de neutralizar el virus. Se medirá, también, la inmunidad celular y se realizará, a todos los voluntarios, un seguimiento telefónico durante siete días.
También se continuará con los análisis a los 14, 28, 56 días y hasta un año después de aplicada la segunda dosis del esquema.
El 1º de julio el Ministerio de Salud de la Nación lanzó la convocatoria a investigadores de las provincias de Buenos Aires, San Luis y Córdoba y de la ciudad de Buenos Aires para comenzar un estudio sobre eficacia, inmunogenicidad y seguridad de la combinación de dosis de vacunas en un mismo esquema y su respuesta a las variantes del virus SARS-CoV-2.
