Los futbolistas brasileños que juegan en el fútbol europeo le pidieron hoy a DT del seleccionado, Tite, y a la dirigencia no participar de la próxima Copa América.
En la conferencia de prensa previa al partido de hoy contra Ecuador por las Eliminatorias sudamericanas, Tite confirmó la reunión con los referentes del plantel pero aclaró que serán ellos los que comunicarán la decisión.
Según la información que surgió de la “Radio Gaúcha”, los jugadores que juegan en Europa le pidieron a Tite y a la dirigencia no participar de la Copa América que finalmente organizará Brasil luego de las negativas de Argentina y Colombia.
La decisión, no obstante, no estaría relacionada a la polémica por la grave situación sanitaria del país y se debería a que los futbolistas quieren aprovechar ese período para descansar luego de una extenuante temporada en Europa.
“Ellos tienen una opinión, se la trasladaron al presidente, y la van a trasladar al público en el momento oportuno. Inclusive, eso tiene que ver con la ausencia de nuestro capitán, Casemiro, aquí en esta conferencia”, dijo Tite, quien trató de evitar las preguntas de la prensa sobre la reunión que se produjo antes del entrenamiento en el estadio Beira-Rio de Porto Alegre.
“Nos compete a nosotros filtrar esta situación, hacer un gran partido y tener el resultado que merecemos”, agregó Tite que pidió centrarse en el partido de mañana ante Ecuador, aunque remarcó que él también expresará su postura luego de la doble fecha de Eliminatorias.
De la reunión, además de Tite y los jugadores, participó el presidente de la CBF, Rogério Caboclo, y el director de selecciones, Junhinho Paulista….
