La directora ejecutiva de la Administración Nacional de la Seguridad Social (Anses), Fernanda Raverta, adelantó ayer que el presidente Alberto Fernández firmará la próxima semana el Decreto de Necesidad y Urgencia (DNU) para reconocer años de aportes jubilatorio a mujeres que hayan sido madres o titulares de Asignación Universal por Hijo.
En este sentido, señaló que el nuevo decreto deberá entrar en vigencia a partir de agosto y que, para entonces, la Anses publicará toda la información necesaria a través de sus canales de información para que mujeres que cumplan con los requisitos puedan iniciar sus trámites de jubilación.
“Queremos reconocer la tarea de las mujeres que dedicaron tiempo al cuidado de sus hijos y sus hijas. El trabajo se presenta desigual en la casa y tienen que ser reconocido”, dijo este martes Raverta, durante un acto en Lomas de Zamora del que participaron el Presidente y el gobernador de Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, entre otros funcionarios.
Sobre el proyecto que busca que mujeres que alcanzaron los 60 años de edad y no completaron los 30 años de aportes puedan jubilarse al reconocerles el trabajo de cuidar a sus hijos, Raverta aseguró que “es una medida que no ofende a nadie” y que “tiene que ver con reparar desigualdades“.
“De los 3,6 millones de personas que hoy están jubilados gracias a las moratorias de Néstor Kirchner, en 2005, y de Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, en 2014, el 73 por ciento son mujeres. Qué hubiese sido de ellas si en esta pandemia tenían que salir a buscar algo para comer”, preguntó Raverta.
El proyecto reconocerá un año por hijo para las mujeres y para las personas gestantes con hijos nacidos o adoptados siendo menores de edad, y dos años para todas las mujeres que hayan sido titulares de la Asignación Universal por Hijo (AUH).
También le reconocerá a las trabajadoras registradas que hayan tenido la licencia por maternidad y por excedencia ese plazo como tiempo de aportes a su jubilación.
Según cálculos de la Anses, cerca de 155.000 mujeres podrían jubilarse gracias a estos años de aporte.
