El conductor de Showmatch tiene intenciones de correr a Tapia de la Asociación del Fútbol Argentino y sueña con ese puesto pese a que tuvo que pedir licencia como presidente de San Lorenzo en medio de una crisis deportiva y financiera.
En la AFA creen que Tinelli es respaldado de manera subterránea por Daniel “Tano” Angelici, ex presidente de Boca y operador judicial de Mauricio Macri. En la institución de calle Viamonte creen que ese bloque está detrás de las denuncias que recibió Tapia ante la Inspección General de Justicia (IGJ) por la reelección que consiguió el año pasado por votación virtual hasta 2025.
Pese a ese vínculo con Angelici, Tinelli tiene además una llegada particular a Alberto Fernández, con quien estuvo reunido a solas semanas atrás en Olivos. El presidente no tiene buena relación con Tapia y preferiría al showman en su lugar. Sin embargo, en la coalición de gobierno tienen varios nexos con el “Chiqui” y no comparten esa idea.
De buen vínculo con La Cámpora, Tapia tiene relación fluida con el massista Nicolás Russo, tiular de Lanús, con Hugo Moyano, de Independiente, y Víctor Blanco, de Racing, todos aliados del Gobierno. Rodolfo D’Onofrio, de Rirver, y Jorge Ameal, de Boca, mantienen una relación institucional y prefieren a Tapia antes que a Tinelli.
El jueves, Tapia recibió el apoyo de Inés Arrondo, la secretaria de Deportes de la Nación, que se acercó al predio de la AFA para despedir al seleccionado argentino sub 23 que viajó a representar al país en los Juegos Olímpicos de Tokio, que se realizarán del 23 de julio al 8 de agosto.
Arrondo tiene una relación tirante con el ministro de Deportes, Matías Lammens, que fue el presidente de San Lorenzo en tándem con Tinelli, y ya se había sacado fotos con Tapia para respaldarlo.
