El Gobierno lanzó oficialmente ayer la sexta edición del programa Auxilio Para Prestadores Turísticos (APTUR VI), a través del cual otorga asistencia económica a las empresas del sector. La decisión se formalizó por medio de la Resolución 227/2021 del Ministerio de Turismo y Deportes, publicado este viernes en el Boletín Oficial.
Esta nueva etapa del Programa “incorpora algunas modificaciones recogidas de las experiencias obtenidas en las anteriores ediciones”, según el texto oficial. La ayuda consiste en el “otorgamiento de aportes no reembolsables, por la suma mensual de $ 22.000, durante el periodo comprendido entre agosto y diciembre de 2021”, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto.
A través de esta norma, el Poder Ejecutivo convocó a personas humanas y jurídicas prestadoras de servicios turísticos alcanzados por el beneficio previsto en esta medida, por el plazo de cinco días corridos contados a partir de su entrada en vigencia, a presentar las solicitudes de apoyo económico.
Por su parte, la Subsecretaría de Desarrollo Estratégico del Ministerio de Turismo y Deportes será la encargada de: evaluar las presentaciones que se efectúen; seleccionar a las personas beneficiarias; prorrogar los plazos establecidos en la Resolución; efectuar nuevas convocatorias en el marco del Programa APTUR VI y dictar las normas complementarias que resulten necesarias para la implementación del Programa.
El Gobierno justificó la continuidad de la asistencia al sector turístico al señalar que “la merma de las actividades en general, afectó de manera inmediata y aguda a todo el sector turístico, pero particularmente y con mayor severidad, a las personas con pequeños emprendimientos vinculados a este ámbito”. En ese sentido, recordó que en junio de 2020 se creó el APTUR, a través del cual se asistió -hasta el momento- a más de 3.500 personas solicitantes del beneficio.
“No obstante los esfuerzos llevados adelante, debido a la situación epidemiológica ocasionada por el coronavirus y sus consecuencias directas sobre la recuperación del sector turístico, es menester extender el auxilio a las personas humanas y jurídicas prestadoras de servicios turísticos cuyas fuentes de ingresos se hayan visto afectadas, mediante la creación de un nuevo programa denominado APTUR VI”, según la Resolución.
