Con la idea de favorecer a los beneficiarios de la Administración Nacional de la Seguridad Social (Anses) en sus compras de todos los días y además, fomentar el consumo en los comercios de cercanía o barriales, el organismo ofrece un programa de beneficios que es importante conocer y tener en cuenta.
Especialmente los jubilados y pensionados, que en su gran mayoría reciben haberes magros. Por eso, es clave que todos los adultos mayores conozcan que pueden ahorrarse hasta $ 1.000 por compra en supermercados, farmacias y muchos otros negocios cercanos.
Eso sí, para acceder a este beneficio deben ir los lunes a los comercios y cadenas adheridas -que cada vez son más-, y pagar allí con su tarjeta de débito, algo que muchos aún no tienen la costumbre de hacer.
El reintegro del descuento, según la Anses, se realiza dentro de siete días hábiles luego de haber realizado la compra.
La oportunidad de ahorro puede ser aprovechada por casi todos los que reciben prestaciones del organismo de seguridad social (también beneficiarios de planes).
A continuación, todo lo que se necesita saber sobre este programa de beneficios:
¿Cómo buscar en Anses los comercios adheridos?
La lista, que se puede consultar en la web www.anses.gob.ar/descuentos-comercios, incluye desde grandes cadenas de supermercados (como Coto y Carrefour), farmacias (como Farmacity) y heladerías (como Grido) hasta ópticas, comercios de ropa, calzado, electro, artículos para el hogar, materiales de construcción y micros de larga distancia. Son en total más de 5 mil comercios.
¿Cómo usar el filtro de la página?
El primer casillero permitirá a los usuarios filtrar por nombre de comercio mientras que al seleccionar el segundo casillero se desplegará la lista con las 23 provincias del país para que el usuario filtre según ubicación geográfica. En esta misma línea, el tercer filtro permite buscar descuentos por rubro.
Por último, el cuarto deja al descubierto si la oferta está disponible a línea de caja o si es reintegrado luego de la compra.
¿Qué es la línea de caja?
Este filtro permite al usuario saber si el descuento está disponible al momento de comprar en el comercio.
Para esto, el beneficiario deberá mostrar su DNI y demostrarle al empleado que es beneficiario de Anses. Luego, el cajero ingresará el número de documento al sistema para corroborar la información.
Por último, le dirá si el beneficio es aplicable a la compra y, en el caso de ser aprobado, el descuento figurará en el ticket.
En cuanto a los filtros, en ocasiones puede suceder que si se ponen todos juntos (se completan los cuatro) el sistema tire error. Si eso sucede, se puede buscar solo el primer rubro (la cadena del comercio) y así también se podrá verificar el descuento.
¿Cuánto se puede ahorrar?
?Se trata de una devolución del 10% sobre el total de cada compra, con un tope de $ 1.000 por operación. Lo interesante es que no hay un límite en la cantidad de veces que se puede aprovechar.
¿Qué días rige el beneficio?
Para poder utilizarlo es necesario ir a comprar los lunes a los locales adheridos de Capital y de cada una de las provincias del país.
¿Cuándo se reintegra la plata?
La devolución del monto ahorrado se concreta dentro de los 7 días hábiles en la cuenta bancaria. Aunque en algunos casos, el descuento se aplica directamente en la línea de cajas.
¿Qué tarjeta se debe usar?
Al llegar a la caja, como medio de pago, se debe entregar la misma tarjeta de débito que se usa para cobrar cada mes el haber. Como en cualquier compra con tarjeta de débito, para poder abonar es necesario que haya fondos suficientes en la cuenta.
¿Además de los jubilados, quiénes pueden acceder al 10% de descuento?
Los que cobren pensiones de ANSES, pensiones no contributivas, Asignación Universal por Hijo (AUH), Asignación por Embarazo, Asignación Familiar por Hijo, Asignación Prenatal, Prestación por Desempleo, becas Progresar y planes del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social, así como jubilaciones y pensiones del IPS, el Bapro y la Policía Bonaerense.
Todos los que cobran un beneficio de la ANSES con tarjeta tienen derecho a acceder. Ante la duda, de todos modos, en www.anses.gob.ar/beneficios-anses es posible ingresar el número de DNI para que el sistema confirme si la persona puede aprovechar los descuentos o existe algún impedimento.
