Una comitiva del Instituto Nacional de Investigación y Desarrollo Pesquero (INIDEP), encabezada por el director Oscar Horacio Padin, visitó el pasado viernes el Astillero Río Santiago, en la localidad bonaerense de Ensenada. Se reunieron con el gerente del Área Comercial, Emmanuel Ruiz, y otras autoridades de la empresa estatal.
Por parte de INIDEP, en la visita también estuvieron presentes el director de Buques de Investigación, Alejandro Latte; el jefe de Operaciones, Martín Bertelo; y los asesores Carlos Lasta, Javier Picco y Martín Ehrlich.
Las autoridades del INIDEP recorrieron los talleres y las instalaciones de Astillero Río Santiago, para conocer de cerca los proyectos navales en los que está trabajando la empresa estatal del gobierno bonaerense.
Luego compartieron una reunión con las autoridades de la empresa, en la que dialogaron sobre los proyectos de construcción y reparación de buques que ha realizado el INIDEP en los últimos años, así como también sobre la iniciativa del Instituto de construir en un futuro un nuevo barco de investigación de 80 metros.
“Los resultados de la reunión fueron muy auspiciosos en relación con las posibilidades de contar con el Astillero para las tareas de mantenimiento de los buques del INIDEP”, destacó Padin.
