El hecho ocurrió alrededor de las 17:00 en un predio de Juan B. Justo y 244. Algunas versiones indican que el disparo se habría ejecutado el dueño de la propiedad cuando intentaba ingresar a robar.
De todos modos la víctima, de 19 años, no pudo dar su versión sobre los hechos debido a las heridas provocadas. Se encuentra asistido por respiración mecánica.
El único testigo del hecho, hasta el momento, es otro joven de 16, que estaba con la víctima en el momento en que recibió el balazo. Según su testimonio, estaban caminando con un perro, y no tenían intenciones de cometer ningún delito.
La causa es investigada por el fiscal Leandro Arévalo. Sobre la víctima, se sabe que tiene antecedentes por delitos de “hurto” y “robo”.
