Un joven de 26 años fue detenido en las últimas horas en el conurbano bonaerense: está acusado de haber cometido un asesinato en marzo pasado en el barrio Jorge Newbery de Mar del Plata.
Franco Nicolás Piñeyro, tal cual la identidad del detenido, fue capturado por la Policía durante un allanamiento en Grand Bourg. Se lo buscaba por un crimen ocurrido el 5 de marzo en un domicilio ubicado en Colón al 8800.
En aquella ocasión, un hombre de 67 años identificado como Jesús Ochandío, fue asesinado de veinte puñadas en el interior de su casa. El cuerpo fue hallado entre cartones, almohadas y un colchón, y con el cuchillo con el que se cometió el crimen clavado en su espalda.
Por ese crimen se imputó en primera instancia a un joven de 27 años, pero la investigación avanzó y se terminó por identificar a Piñeyo, quien abandonó la ciudad.
A partir de la causa instruida por el fiscal Alejandro Pellegrinelli se pudo determinar que el prófugo se había refugiado en una vivienda de la localidad de Gran Bourg, partido de Islas Malvinas.
Finalmente el personal policial accedió al permiso de allanamiento y se pudo detener a Piñeyro, quien será trasladado a la Unidad Penal 44 de Batán donde esperará su turno para declarar.
