Juan Manuel Lotero, propietario de la Pastelera Tecomar S.A. titular de las confiterías, se presentó ante el juez que entiende en la causa, Félix Adrián Ferran, subrogante del Juzgado Civil y Comercial N° 9 con un nuevo letrado, perteneciente a un estudio de peso en materia de quiebras y concursos en los tribunales locales.
“Los Lotero, que son quienes llevaron justamente al desastre a la empresa, quieren alejar a los síndicos para lograr su objetivo del cese de explotación. De hecho ya lograron que los jueces desestimen sin argumentos presentados, dos de los informes de los síndicos”, señaló Nancy Todoroff de UTHGRA.
Además, confió, “es evidente que si esta gente vuelve a estar al frente, no hay futuro para los compañeros ni para la Boston tal y como la conocemos”.
Abogados de los empresarios, los síndicos y el juez tuvieron en las últimas horas una reunión en la que se presentaron argumentos de ambos sectores. Ante esta situación, Pasteleros y UTHGRA, junto a los trabajadores, pedirán también una audiencia con el juez.
