A través de una publicación en el Boletín Oficial, el Gobierno Nacional permitió hoy la apertura de cines y teatros en todo el país, exceptuando “la suspensión en los lugares considerados como de alto riesgo epidemiológico y sanitario y en situación de alarma epidemiológica y sanitaria”.
En Mar del Plata todavía no hay una confirmación sobre la fecha en la que volverían a reabrir los cines, porque se espera la resolución de provincia respecto de las actividades que estarán habilitadas y las que no. No obstante, eso debería resolverse esta semana según confiaron desde la empresa exhibidora Cinemacenter a Funcinema.com.ar.
Según se indicó en la Decisión Administrativa 607/2021, esto permite la “realización de actividades en cines, en teatros y en salas de espectáculos de centros culturales a los efectos del desarrollo de artes escénicas, con y sin asistencia de espectadores”.
En relación al aforo, el permitido en salas de teatros y de espectáculos es de “un 50%, sin expendio de bebidas y comidas” mientras que en los cines se permite “un 30% de aforo, con expendio de golosinas y bebidas”.
Además se indicó que estos porcentajes de aforo podrán ser aumentados conforme la situación epidemiológica y de conformidad con los protocolos vigentes.
Además, la resolución aclaró que la circulación por la calle fuera del horario permitido está dada en relación “a las personas afectadas al desarrollo de las actividades indicadas y al público asistente”.
En cuanto a los artistas y personal de las salas “deberán portar el Certificado Único Habilitante para Circulación – Emergencia COVID-19” mientras que el público asistente “deberá acreditar su condición de tal con los tickets de acceso al espectáculo, que deberán especificar la sala a la que se asistió, el título de la obra o concierto y artista, el horario de la función y el número de la butaca que ocupó”.
La resolución señaló finalmente que “en el desarrollo de las actividades autorizadas deberá garantizarse el cumplimiento de las Reglas de Conducta Generales y Obligatorias dispuestas en el artículo 4° del Decreto N° 287/21, prorrogado por sus similares N° 334/21 y N° 381/21, para disminuir el riesgo de contagio de COVID-19 y de los protocolos vigentes en cada jurisdicción”.
