La aeronava de Aerolíneas Argentinas tocó pista a las 19.55. Las dosis recibidas serán distribuidas en todo el país para intensificar la campaña de vacunación luego de los procedimientos de desaduanaje, recepción, control térmico, conteo, fraccionamiento y acondicionamiento.
Con la llegada de este cargamento de 1.000.000 de vacunas desde China, Argentina cuenta ya con 6.768.540 de dosis contra el coronavirus .
La aeronave Airbus 330-200, matrícula LV_GHQ, tocó pista en Ezeiza a las 19,55 donde fue recibido por la Ministra de Salud, Carla Vizzotti y por el presidente de la línea de bandera, Pablo Ceriani.
La travesía a China constituye la segunda operación de la línea de bandera a ese destino, que ya cumplió once misiones de este tipo a Rusia.
En tanto, el plan original del avión enviado a Moscú era de regresar a Buenos Aires este jueves a las 16, pero una demora en la llegada de la carga forzó una reprogramación según la cual la aeronave despegará desde la capital rusa el viernes a las 12 (hora de la Argentina) y aterrizará en el aeropuerto internacional de Ezeiza el sábado a la madrugada, dijeron fuentes de la compañía aeronáutica, aunque aclararon que este cronograma podría sufrir nuevas variantes.
La aeronave que llegó de China, había aterrizado en Beijing a las 13:37 hora argentina (las 0:37 del 1 de abril en la capital china) y permaneció allí por espacio de poco más de cuatro horas para el proceso de carga de las vacunas, para despegar luego rumbo a Argentina, adonde arribó tras una escala técnica de reaprovisionamiento en el aeropuerto de Barajas, en Madrid.
Éste es el segundo vuelo que la compañía realiza para traer vacunas Sinopharm, ya que el 25 de febrero pasado habían llegado al país las primeras 904.000 dosis producidas por el laboratorio del Instituto de Productos Biológicos de Beijing, a bordo del vuelo AR1051.
Posteriormente, se completó una tanda de un millón de dosis, con las 94 mil que llegaron a bordo de un vuelo comercial de KLM.
Desde fines de diciembre, Aerolíneas Argentinas se encuentra realizando operaciones de vuelo especiales con el objetivo de traer vacunas al país.
En los 10 vuelos completados hacia y desde la Federación Rusa se trajeron 3.969.0000 dosis elaboradas por el Instituto Gamaleya, lo que sumado a las 904.000 dosis de Sinopharm del primer vuelo de Aerolíneas hacia la República Popular y el que aterrizó esta tarde, la cantidad de vacunas que llegaron al país en vuelos de Aerolíneas Argentinas es de 5.873.000.
La semana pasada la Argentina recibió 1.200.000 dosis: el viernes 19 de marzo llegaron 330 mil Sputnik V; tres días después arribaron otras 500 mil vacunas desde Moscú y el viernes último, 370 mil más, todos en vuelos de Aerolíneas Argentinas.
En tanto, esta semana se prevé en total un arribo de casi 2.000.000 de dosis, entre las cuales se cuenta la primera partida de 218.400 del mecanismo Covax, que llegaron el domingo al aeropuerto de Ezeiza y corresponden a las elaboradas por Oxford/AstraZeneca; y otras 300 mil de la vacuna Sputnik V que arribaron el último martes.
Las dosis, luego del procedimiento de desaduanaje, recepción, control térmico, conteo, fraccionamiento y acondicionamiento, son distribuidas a las 24 jurisdicciones en los próximos días, tras la autorización de uso de la Administración Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnología (Anmat).
Según el Monitor Público de Vacunación, el registro online del Ministerio de Salud que muestra en tiempo real el operativo de inmunización en todo el territorio argentino, hasta esta mañana ya son 5.102.345 las vacunas distribuidas y 4.023.017 las aplicadas: 3.342.427 personas recibieron la primera dosis y 680.590 ambas.
