A través de un pedido elevado por el bloque de concejales del Frente de Todos a la Dirección de Migraciones, se busca conocer si el secretario de Seguridad local, Horacio García, el subsecretario de Planificación y Control, Martín Ferlauto, y el director general de Prevención del Delito, Maximiliano Guria, están involucrados en la causa de espionaje ilegal.
En la nota enviada a la directora de Migraciones, María Florencia Carignano, exigen que se investigue cuál fue el accionar de los funcionarios mencionados en el marco de la presunta red paraestatal dedicada al espionaje durante el gobierno de Mauricio Macri.
“Estamos alarmados y sumamente preocupados por la posibilidad de personas con semejante responsabilidad para con vecinos y vecinas estén involucradas en tan gravísimas acusaciones”, manifestaron desde el Frente de Todos local.
En su cuenta de Twitter, el concejal Marcos Gutiérrez señaló que “la inseguridad es un grave problema que debe estar en manos de funcionarias/os capacitados, éticos y comprometidos” y es por eso que se elevó “un pedido a Migraciones para saber si las autoridades de la Sec. de Seguridad de MdP están involucradas en la causa que investiga espionaje ilegal”.
Se recuerda que pesa sobre la gestión de gobierno anterior una denuncia por la creación de una presunta red que recopilaba información de periodistas, dirigentes políticos, empresarios, referentes sociales y académicos.
Según las investigaciones, este sistema reportaba a la Agencia Federal de Inteligencia (AFI) y a la propia Dirección Nacional de Migraciones, que por entonces estaba a cargo de García.
Entre otros asuntos, esa red de espionaje habría realizado escuchas a los familiares de las 44 víctimas del submarino ARA San Juan, que reclamaban la búsqueda del navío en las profundidades del mar.
