Los defensores del pueblo de General Pueyrredón, Fernando Rizzi, Luis Salomón y Daniel Barragán, expresaron su preocupación debido al creciente número de denuncias recibidas en la Defensoría con respecto al funcionamiento del área Licencias de Conducir del municipio.
Se explicó que desde que se reinició el proceso de trámite para poder renovar las licencias de conducir hay muy pocos turnos que se emiten en muy corto plazo y que no alcanzan para dar respuesta a las necesidades de la población. “La argumentación para esta situación por parte del área es la insuficiencia de personal y la falta de espacio para poder atender a más vecinos”, señalaron los defensores.
“Ante esta situación y debido a la demanda que nos llega, solicitamos a las autoridades municipales que se incorpore más personal para desarrollar esta tarea, se vuelva a descentralizar los espacios para aumentar la cantidad de turnos y que se mejore el sistema para programarlos por cuanto hoy son de muy difícil acceso”, expresaron los funcionarios a través de un comunicado.
Por último, aseguraron que “después de haber hecho una presentación ante el municipio, podemos afirmar que en estas condiciones el sistema no da abasto generando enormes problemas a muchos vecinos de nuestra ciudad y exige por parte de la Secretaría de Gobierno una inmediata solución”.
