El ministro de Trabajo, Claudio Moroni, aseguró ayer que “está en evaluación” el pago de un bono para los jubilados, y ratificó que el Gobierno avala la reapertura de las paritarias “para que los salarios le ganen a la inflación”.
“Está todo en evaluación. Hay una conducta constante del Gobierno de atender a aquellos sectores de los jubilados con menores ingresos de modo tal de mantenerlos por encima de la inflación, así que entiendo que esa conducta se va a mantener”, sostuvo el funcionario.
Moroni también hizo referencia a la reapertura de paritarias: dijo que ese “es el objetivo que nos pusimos ya desde el año pasado, que los salarios le ganaran a la inflación”.
“La realidad es que durante la pandemia mantuvimos vigente el mecanismo de negociación paritaria y pese a ser el peor año de la historia económica argentina del que tengamos memoria. Los salarios de convenio le ganaron un poquito a la inflación y los salarios de bolsillo perdieron menos de un punto, en un año en donde el PBI cayó más de 10 puntos”, añadió el ministro, en declaraciones radiales.
En ese sentido, aseguró: “La realidad es que el desempeño de los salarios en la Argentina, en el sector formal ha sido muy bueno para un año de terrible crisis económica”.
“Y este año seguimos con las paritarias, aplicamos el mismo criterio de negociación para los salarios mínimos. En su momento pactamos un 35% pero dijimos que si era necesario ibamos a hacer las adecuaciones que se requirieran para ganarle a la inflación. Y eso es lo que estamos haciendo”, añadió.
El funcionario resaltó que “para tomar una decisión rápida no hemos convocado al Consejo del Salario, sino que lo mismo que pactó el Consejo lo adelantamos en el tiempo. De ese modo, conseguimos que el salario mínimo le vaya ganando a la inflación. Y hacia fin de año, en septiembre u octubre, revisaremos el número final si esto es necesario”.
Moroni subrayó que “a medida que alguna paritaria haya fijado un régimen de incrementos en donde los salarios empiecen a perder, nosotros reabrimos las negociaciones. De hecho ya lo hicimos con el sector bancario, que había fijado una pauta anual que ya en julio le empezaba a quedar retrasada: abrimos las paritarias y se empezó a negociar”.
Por otra parte, Moroni se refirió al nivel de empleo que hay en el país.
“La tasa de desocupación nos dio una leve disminución en el primer trimestre de 2021 respecto de 2020. Hubo algunas informaciones respecto a que esto era porque había disminuido la población activa. Pero la población activa está en los mismos niveles de los últimos 10 años e incluso por encima de 2017, está en 47% de la población. O sea que efectivamente estamos teniendo un crecimiento, que ahora es heterogéneo”, evaluó.
El ministro destacó que “tenemos sectores de la actividad como es la industria manufacturera, la construcción, sanidad y algunos servicios a las empresas, como servicios de informática o logística que están creciendo bien. Y tenemos otros sectores lamentablemente afectados por las restricciones, como es gastronomía, turismo, muy demandantes de mano de obra, que no están viendo el mismo nivel de crecimiento”.
“Ahora estamos por publicar datos del SIPA de abril en donde vemos un crecimiento del 0,7% del empleo privado, que es una muy buena tasa de crecimiento, son unos 40.000 puestos. Lo bueno de esto es que cuando las restricciones aflojan, como fue en abril, el empleo crece. O sea que todo está dado para que a medida que las restricciones vayan aflojando el empleo crezca”, concluyó.
